Found a gem of an old house in a charming village, surrounded by vineyards, for a recent city break. The room was simple yet comfortable and the breakfast spread was splendid. The staff was the standout for their friendliness and kindness - they treated us like family. We also enjoyed trying the local produce, especially the wine, which was offered at a very reasonable price.
Being in a small hamlet, we were left with no option but to have dinner at the property, which was good for one night, but we would have liked more variety. The church bells ringing in the background added to the quaint atmosphere, but might be a bit of a bother for some.

My Xmas stay at this hotel was lovely. the food and wine were amazing, and the view was breathtaking. I also enjoyed the fact that the staff treated me like family and were very welcoming. the breakfast was also a highlight, with a variety of options to choose from. the nearby location to various vineyards made for a great day trip.
The location of the hotel was quite remote, and there weren't many food options nearby. the church bells rang quite loudly, which could be bothersome for some guests.
